14-day returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless an exception applies under the law.

How to start a return

Email us at ekombiist@gmail.com with your order number and a short message saying you would like to return your item. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Condition of returned items

You may try the product on as needed to check its size, fit and characteristics. If the item has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the direct cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is accepted, we will refund the amount owed within 14 days. We may wait until we have received the item back, or until you have shown proof that you sent it back, whichever comes first. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
