Where we ship

SeasonBack currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping cost

All orders ship with Free Express Shipping. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 5–9 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak periods, public holidays or events outside our control (such as carrier delays or severe weather), delivery may take longer.

Order tracking

When a tracking number is available for your order, we will send it to the email address you used at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. Where these are calculated at checkout, you will see them before you pay. If you have questions about your country before ordering, please contact us.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before the order ships.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible at ekombiist@gmail.com.
